Please check the Pilates Reformer Workout page as well, Thee workouts are done at studios where the pilates reformer and cadillac equipment is used to sculpt the entire body. Abdominal work is included


Friday

1:30 to 2:30 PM : Free weight training in my home

 

Saturday

6 to 7 AM : Jogging for 1/2 hour + mat pilates. (LOW rate for this early morning workout!!!)
