Kathy teaches several pilates classes during the week. See below for her current schedule. She also does private and semi-private pilates reformer workouts at several local studios. Additional clients are welcome at most classes and/or reformer sessions.

Monday

1:30 to 2:30 PM: Pilates Sculpt (Stanford School of Medicine)

6:00 to 7:00 PM: Pilates Sculpt (Home Studio)

7 to 8:15 AM: Apple Computer Fitness Center

4:30 to 5:30 PM:  Page Mill YMCA
