Kathy teaches several yoga classes during the week. See below for her current schedule .
YOGA/PILATES TEACHER TRAINING RATE = $70 per hour.

Monday

12:00-1:00pm - Apple Computer Ridge View location
Tuesday

Noon to 1 pm-- Apple FItness Center
6:00-7:15pm - Home Studio

 

 

Wednesday

7:30-8:30am - JCC T'enna Preschool (yoga for the teachers)

12:00-1:00pm - Apple Computer Ridge View location

11:45 - 12:45 -Stanford School of Medicine
1:00 - 2:00 pm - JCC T'enna Preschool Kids Yoga (ages 3-6)
 
Saturday
9:30-10:45am - Home Studio
